This page explains what we do with the details you leave in the contact form on alcegroup.com.

Purpose

The details you provide (name, phone number and, if you include them, email address and message) are used only to get in touch with you, as you have asked us to.

Legal Basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Retention

We keep your details for as long as the conversation you requested lasts and, afterwards, only for as long as is necessary to meet any legal obligations that may arise.

Recipients

We do not pass your details on to anyone. Only the Alce team sees them. To receive messages from the form we use Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which processes them on behalf of Alce solely to deliver them to us. This means your details pass through servers outside the European Union.

Your Rights

You may access your details, correct them, have them deleted, object to their processing and request their restriction or portability. Just write to us. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
